工作職責: -主動進行招聘,包括制定招聘策略、刊登廣告、舉辦面試、和與候選人溝通 -管理公司的人力資源資料庫,確保資料更新及準確 -與公司各部門合作,以確保招聘過程順利進行 -制定並執行員工培訓和發展計劃 -維護與員工關係,確保員工滿意度高 

所需技能: 
-優秀的溝通和人際互動能力 
-具有人力資源管理經驗,尤其是招聘經驗 
-具有領導力和組織能力,能夠管理多項同時進行的項目 
-熟練的使用辦公軟體,如 Microsoft Office 
-具有良好的判斷力和問題解決能力

Responsibilities:

-Oversee the full cycle recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, reference checking, and offer letter preparation 
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs 
-Ensure compliance with HR policies and local labor laws Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related topics such as benefits, payroll, and performance management 
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and files 
-Develop and implement employee engagement programs 
Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs 
Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analysis 

Requirements: 

-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 
3-5 years of experience in a HR specialist role 
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills 
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR information systems 
-Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
